1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the V88 Ladies Wellness app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Memberships & Payments
- Membership plans are billed as described at purchase — monthly, quarterly, or per-class.
- Auto-renewal can be managed in your app settings.
- Payments are processed securely through Tap Payments.
- "Pay at Gym" options must be settled within 48 hours at the V88 reception.
3. Class Bookings & Cancellations
- Classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
- Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before class start time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deduction from class packs.
- Waitlisted members are automatically promoted when a spot opens up.
4. Facility Rules
- V88 is a women-only facility. Please respect this policy.
- Appropriate athletic attire is required for all classes.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class.
- Photography and video recording are not permitted in class areas.
5. Refunds
Membership refunds are available within the first 3 days if no classes have been attended. Class pack refunds are prorated based on remaining classes. Drop-in payments are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
V88 Ladies Wellness is not liable for injuries sustained during classes. Participants exercise at their own risk and should consult a physician before starting a fitness program.
